08:30 – 17:00 Meetings take place in Coronet, Warwick, Oxford and Cornwall rooms. (duration of meetings at your discretion)

11:45 – 13:00 Open Bar in Crown Room

12:30 – 14:00 Buffet Lunch served in Edinburgh & Drawing Rooms. (Last Sitting – 14:00)

  • Refreshments available all day in Cornwall Room.
  • Water Stations are situated in every meeting room.
  • Please note the Cloakroom is located on the Ground Floor.

All rooms are now non-smoking in line with Grand Connaught Rooms Policy.

For security purposes, please ensure you wear your name badge at all times whilst in the building and please return it to a committee member at the end of the day.
